The Accent Group recently chose TPTracker software to support their new approach to tenant engagement.
Gathering tenant feedback
Accent Group are using the survey toolkit to gather and interpret feedback from their tenants. By linking questionnaires and responses to the database, Accent can avoid over-surveying individual tenants, ensuring a representative cross-section of views and allows them evaluate demographic variances.
Project implementation
Lewis Holloway, Accent’s Research and Insight Officer has played a lead role in the project and is pleased with the result:
